75 Soft is the gentler version of the famous 75-day mental toughness programs: four daily habits for 75 days, with a weekly rest day for workouts and no restart if you slip once.
Seventy-five days is a long time to stay consistent on your own. RallyStreak turns it into a group project: each of the four tasks is a one-tap check-in, the board shows everyone’s 75-day calendar, and five strikes keep it forgiving.
What you do every day
| Daily task | Checked in by |
|---|---|
| 45-min workout | Built-in timer |
| Drink 3 L of water | One tap |
| Read 10 pages | Number pad |
| Eat mindfully, alcohol only socially | One tap |
How to do it
- Move for 45 minutes: a walk, a class, a run or a gym session. Pick one rest day a week.
- Drink 3 litres of water.
- Read 10 pages of a book (non-fiction is traditional, but any book counts).
- Eat mindfully and keep alcohol to social occasions only.
The rules
- 5 strikes allowed; when strikes run out you are out, but stay on the board to cheer the others.
- One rest day a week for workouts.
- Your day runs midnight to midnight in your time zone, and you can still check in until 3 AM.
- Missed yesterday? Up to two earlier days can be logged, marked “logged late” for the group to see.
Doing it with friends
Start the 75 Days — Soft challenge in RallyStreak, pick a start date and share one link. Friends join free in under 30 seconds. From Day 1 everyone checks in on their own phone, the board shows the whole crew’s streaks, and a single nudge reminds whoever hasn’t gone yet.
FAQ
What are the rules of 75 Soft?
Every day for 75 days: a 45-minute workout (with one rest day per week), 3 litres of water, 10 pages of reading, and mindful eating with alcohol only socially. RallyStreak includes all four as daily tasks.
What happens if I miss a day of 75 Soft?
Unlike the hardest versions, 75 Soft does not make you start over. In RallyStreak the template allows five strikes: a missed day uses one and resets your streak, and your friends see you get back on track.
Can I do 75 Soft with a partner or group?
Yes, and that is what RallyStreak is built for. Start the challenge, share one link, and everyone checks in on their own phone while seeing the whole group’s progress.
