The push-up ladder starts at 10 push-ups and climbs a little every day until Day 30, when the target is 100. You can split the reps into as many sets as you like.
Levels make it a fair fight between friends: Easy is 70% of each day’s target and Hard is 130%, and the board shows each person’s level next to their name.

30-day schedule
Today’s target for push-ups (reps). R is a rest day. Each person can pick Easy (70% of every target), Standard or Hard (130%).
How to do it
- Check today’s target in the app.
- Split it into sets: 5 sets of 10 is easier than 50 straight.
- Use knee push-ups or an incline on Easy days, and keep a straight line from head to heels.
- Log your reps with the number pad; anything short of the target counts as partial.
The rules
- 3 strikes allowed; when strikes run out you are out, but stay on the board to cheer the others.
- No rest days.
- Your day runs midnight to midnight in your time zone, and you can still check in until 3 AM.
- Missed yesterday? Up to two earlier days can be logged, marked “logged late” for the group to see.
