Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Kovacs Software (“we”, “us”) for using the RallyStreak app and rallystreak.com. By using RallyStreak you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. The app is also licensed to you under Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement.

Who can use RallyStreak

You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you need a parent’s or guardian’s permission.

Your account

You start with a guest account on your device. Sign in with Apple to keep your account if you change or reset your phone, because a guest account can’t be recovered once the app is deleted. You are responsible for activity on your account. You can delete it at any time in Settings → Delete account.

Challenges and groups

• The person who creates a challenge is its admin. The admin can change its settings, turn the invite link off, and remove members. If the admin leaves or deletes their account, the longest-standing member becomes the admin.
• Anyone with a challenge’s invite link or code can join it while the invite is on and there is room, so share it only with people you want in your group.
• Each challenge shows its rules, such as strikes, rest days and what happens after a missed day, before you join.
• Nudges and notifications are meant to be friendly. Don’t use them to pressure or harass anyone.

Habits, not medical advice

Challenges are habit programs, not medical, fitness, nutrition or addiction advice. Check with a doctor before starting a physical, diet or alcohol-related challenge, especially if you are pregnant or have a health condition, and stop if you feel pain or unwell. Never push through an injury to keep a streak. If you are dependent on alcohol, stopping suddenly can be dangerous, so get medical advice first.

Your content

You own the notes, photos and posts you share. You give us permission to store them and show them to the members of the challenge you posted them in, only to run RallyStreak. This permission ends when you delete the content or your account.

Don’t post anything that is illegal, hateful, violent, sexual, or that harasses, bullies or exposes someone else. Only post photos you have the right to share, and don’t post photos of people who haven’t agreed. You can report a post or block a member from the feed. Reported content is hidden while we review it. We may remove content and suspend or delete accounts that break these rules. You can also report abuse at [email protected].

RallyStreak Pro

• Joining a challenge you are invited to is always free. Pro unlocks extra features for the challenges you create, such as all challenges, custom challenges, larger groups and more active challenges at once.
• Pro is an auto-renewing subscription, offered yearly with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers, or monthly. Prices are shown in the app before you buy and may vary by country.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase or, with a free trial, when the trial ends. The subscription renews automatically at the same price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the trial or current period.
• Manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel it.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies. If prices change, Apple will tell you in advance as its rules require.

Apple Health

If you connect Apple Health for a steps task, you control the permission in the iPhone Settings app. Step counts can be delayed or inaccurate. If one is wrong, you can check the day in manually.

The service

We work to keep RallyStreak running, but we provide it “as is” and can’t promise it will always be available or error free. We may change, add or remove features. If we discontinue RallyStreak, we will give reasonable notice in the app.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for RallyStreak in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can’t be waived.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will update the date above. If the change is significant, we will also tell you in the app. If you keep using RallyStreak after a change, the new terms apply.
