75 Days — Tough challenge with friends

The full 75-day discipline test. No days off.

75 Days — Tough is RallyStreak’s version of the hardest 75-day discipline challenges: two 45-minute workouts (one outdoors), a strict diet with no alcohol, nearly 4 litres of water, 10 pages of reading and a daily progress photo.

Miss anything and you restart from Day 1. That rule is brutal alone and strangely motivating in a group: your crew sees your restart count, and you see theirs.

How to do it

  1. Two 45-minute workouts, one of them outdoors.
  2. Follow your chosen diet, with no alcohol and no cheat meals.
  3. Drink 3.8 litres (a gallon) of water.
  4. Read 10 pages of a book.
  5. Take a progress photo. In RallyStreak you choose whether the group can see it.

The rules

  • No strikes: every day counts; when strikes run out you restart from Day 1.
  • No rest days.
  • Your day runs midnight to midnight in your time zone, and you can still check in until 3 AM.
  • Missed yesterday? Up to two earlier days can be logged, marked “logged late” for the group to see.
Two daily workouts and 3.8 L of water are demanding. Build up gradually and stop if you feel unwell. Not medical advice; check with a doctor if you have a condition.

Doing it with friends

Start the 75 Days — Tough challenge in RallyStreak, pick a start date and share one link. Friends join free in under 30 seconds. From Day 1 everyone checks in on their own phone, the board shows the whole crew’s streaks, and a single nudge reminds whoever hasn’t gone yet.

FAQ

Is this the official 75 Hard program?

No. 75 Hard is a trademark of its owner. 75 Days — Tough is a similar set of daily habits that you can run with friends in RallyStreak; it is not affiliated with or endorsed by any program.

Is a 75-day hard challenge safe?

Two daily workouts and almost 4 litres of water are demanding. Build up gradually, listen to your body and stop if you feel unwell. This is not medical advice; check with a doctor if you have a condition.

Do I really restart from Day 1 if I miss a task?

That is the default for this challenge. When strikes run out, your own day counter resets to Day 1 and the board shows “Restart #2”. The rest of the group keeps going.
